Aubrey Wallis

Full Time Sailing Boat & Motor Yacht Skipper - Personal Skipper Delivery & Charter Skipper - RYA/MCA Ocean Yachtmaster Instructor. He is an experienced full time professional yacht skipper for motor cruisers, powerboats and sailing boats. He provides marine services all year round in many parts of the world. He can skipper, familiarise, teach, deliver and assist in the purchase of new and used boats as an independent consultant.

Aubrey has been boating for the last 25 years and in addition to Northwest Europe and the Mediterranean has had some experience of the Pacific and the West Indies. He has been employed as a freelance delivery and charter skipper as well as an instructor on motor cruisers, powerboats and sailing vessels. He has delivered and instructed on multi-hulls. He has logged over 140,000 miles at sea (27,000 miles on power instruction and 31,000 miles on deliveries). For the last 15 years has operated Aubrey Wallis Marine Services full time as a motor cruiser, powerboat and sailing instructor in the Solent, the Channel Isles, the West Country, the East, North East, Northwest UK coasts, Irish waters, Western Scotland and the Mediterranean. During this time he has attended many lectures on the marine industry and regularly attends Royal Yachting Association Instructor conferences and Instructor updates for both power and sail as well as for shorebased tuitions. During his career he has provided relief services to harbourmasters and at sea has instructed marine police training schools, special units from Customs and Excise, UK special forces and fisheries protection and patrol personnel.
